Job summary

Were looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the stores appearance.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.
• Provide excellent customer service and help maintain store appearance.
• Stock shelves and process payments.
• Be proactive in improving service through on the job coaching and feedback.
• Follow security procedures and wear safety equipment where available.
• Clock in and out at the start and end of shifts to ensure accurate pay.
• Assist across store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Be aware of and comply with the Think 25 policy for age restricted products.
