Job summary

NEXT plc is seeking a part-time Shop Associate to deliver fast, friendly service and help customers find the right products across our store. You’ll share product knowledge, engage with customers warmly and support stockroom and delivery operations.

Ideal candidates are great communicators, calm under pressure, and flexible to cover varied shifts. Full training will be provided, and there is an emphasis on personal development and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers and help them find products.
• Share knowledge and passion for products to assist purchasing decisions.
• Work across store areas including sales floor, stockroom and deliveries.
