NEXT is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant in Birmingham to deliver outstanding customer service and assist with stock operations. You will work evening shifts across multiple store areas, contributing to a fast-paced team environment and supporting company policies and development from day one.

Flexible working options are available and full training will be provided. You will engage customers with product knowledge, maintain stock, and help process deliveries while developing your skills
