Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member at Sawtry Services. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and prepare hot food, baked goods and drinks while upholding our brand standards and delivering excellent service on a busy site.

You’ll resolvequiries with a customer-centric mindset, replenish displays, and keep the forecourt and store tidy. A strong team culture and meaningful development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolving enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays for maximum product availability.
• Keeping workspace, store and forecourt clean and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork and togetherness.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Preparing the store for the following day’s trade.
