A leading agricultural parts provider in Biggleswade is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This 3-month temporary contract has potential for permanent placement. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support across multiple channels, proactive sales, and administrative tasks. Position : Customer Service representative
Duration: 3 Month Temp contract with the potential to go perm.
Location : Biggleswade
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, engaging with our customers using telephone, Web chats, mail and social media.
Yo u will be handling all incoming calls about services, orders and complaints, requests for quotations, and questions on invoices.
Building strong relations with the customer by understanding their needs and future goals.
