JOB DESCRIPTION:

Abbott Toxicology is part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry-leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Operations team in Abingdon. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a “Right First Time” approach. You’ll manage customer queries through multiple channels, coordinate the servicing of drug and alcohol testing devices, and act as a key liaison between laboratories, service providers, and customers.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong ability to prioritise workload, and a customer- and quality-focused mindset. Experience in customer service, ideally in a scientific or healthcare environment, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Salesforce and Sage is advantageous.
