  • Strong numeracy and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience in customer service administration ideally in commercial environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling of assigned work and drive business growth.
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments for technicians.
  • Plan and schedule works to meet contract KPIs.
  • Support account management team with contracted works.
