Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator

📍 Location: Yate
💰 Salary: £29,500 per annum
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a busy sales team? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Keep customers informed about lead times, order status, and any delays.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all documentation is audit-compliant.
  • Support sales managers with administrative tasks, including price lists, product specifications, and promotional materials.
  • Arrange and attend customer meetings, trade shows, and assist with new product launches.
  • Prepare bespoke agreements, reports, and manage sample requests.
  • Respond to emails within 1 hour and provide clear timelines for resolution.
