We are always interested in hearing from candidates with experience or the desire and drive to work in Customer Service based positions both temporary and permanent. Some key skills to succeed in a customer service based role are:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fully IT Literate – particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Confident answering a high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Happy to work towards individual and team targets
