Job summary

Tesco is seeking a friendly Colleague to join our store team in an hourly, part-time capacity. You will deliver excellent customer service across shifts, help with shelf replenishment, checkouts, and online order picking, and contribute to overall store performance.

You must be over 18, enjoy working in a team, and showcase initiative to assist customers and colleagues. Flexible working patterns and minimum hours are available, with benefits and discounts for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
