Job Description

Reporting to our Customer Service Team Leader, and joining our team of 10 Customer Service Representatives, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our sales office running smoothly and providing a seamless Customer Experience that our customers have grown accustomed to. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn; from managing customer orders to coordinating with couriers and ensuring seamless delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal CRM system.
  • Manage the full order journey, from entry through to dispatch and invoicing.
  • Coordinate courier and export bookings, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, handling enquiries about orders, deliveries, and product details.
  • Maintain accurate customer and product information across our CMS and intranet.
Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar Administrator or Customer Service Representative role; what’s most important to us is your willingness to learn and get stuck in – we will provide you with the training and tools you need to be successful! While German language skills would be beneficial for this role, we welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of language background.
