We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Exton FASTSIGNS location. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer operations, working closely with our Outside Sales Representative to keep business moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Assist the Outside Sales Representative by vetting and qualifying incoming leads to ensure the sales pipeline remains strong and efficient.
• Order Entry & Tracking: Accurately enter customer orders into our system, monitor their progress, and ensure timely processing.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, coordinating logistics, checking product availability, and tracking shipments.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, providing updates on orders, and handling inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external sales reps to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
