A technology services company in Modbury is seeking Customer Service Representatives for its Federal Government support team. You’ll engage with customers to resolve issues and help them access essential services. No prior experience is needed as full training and support will be provided. This role requires a minimum of 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility for out-of-work commitments, and offers excellent career development opportunities.

We’re hiring casual Customer Service Representatives to join our Modbury-based Federal Government support team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers — helping them solve problems, access essential services, and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Whether you bring experience from healthcare, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centres — or you are brand new to the industry — we’ll provide full training, knowledge resources, and ongoing leadership support so you can thrive.What You’ll Do
This is a casual opportunity, required availability is a minimum of 22.5 hours per week across our operating hours.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support all of your out of work commitments.
Please note: Full time availability is required for the training period.
