Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, an award-winning financial services company based in Brighton.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their concerns, servicing their accounts, and delivering fair, effective outcomes. Every call is a chance to make a difference.
Salary: £24,800
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 9am‑5.30pm and 10am‑7pm, and every other Saturday for 4 hours
Contract Type: Fixed‑term contract
Location: Brighton – Hybrid 2 days in office, 3 days from home
