We're currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Chester Operation Centre, CH5 2QZ. Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and timeframes. They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
