MAXIMUS is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative in Salford to coordinate daily appointment sessions and provide excellent customer support across on-site and hybrid work arrangements. You will greet customers, manage bookings, and liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth assessments while maintaining accurate records.
Successful candidates will have GCSEs including Maths and English, strong IT skills, and excellent written English.

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
On completion of probation period, the successful candidate will be able to work a hybrid model, with some days on site and some days working from home.
Salary - £26,227.50
