We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a customer facing role by managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience.If you have a passion for retail and enjoy interacting with people, then you will be the perfect addition to our growing team. The position involves engaging with our customers, and delivering outstanding customer service face to face, by phone and email and basic office duties.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and ensure consistent quality standards.
  • Follow organisational policies regarding phone etiquette, confidentiality, and complaint resolution.
