Customer Service Representative – Starting salary: £25,100 plus additional benefits.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).

Flexible shift pattern between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday. Weekend overtime may be required.

You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers – whether it’s through secure messaging, phone calls or. You’ll help them feel supported and confident in their journey with Aviva. Your work will help us retain valued customers and welcome new ones. You’ll be part of a team that puts people first and delivers great outcomes every day.
