Contract type : Full time, 6 Months FTC
Location : Crayford, DA1 4QX (Role will be hybrid after successful completion of probation 1-2 days from home)
Hours a week : 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday
Salary rate : £24,000

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will engage with internal departments and external customers to ensure queries are resolved efficiently, accurately and within agreed SLAs. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs.
