A leading global expert in electrical power and materials is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Portslade (Brighton) office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Duties include managing customer communications, processing orders, and supporting sales activities. Generous benefits include 33 days holiday and private healthcare post-probation.
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative based in our Portslade (Brighton) office working within the Electrical Power division of Mersen, reporting to the UK Sales Manager. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional who is organised and a competent user of all Microsoft Office Packages. Duties of the role (but not limited to) include:
