This is a hybrid working position, with 50% of your working week being spent in our Maxim office.
Start date – 12th of January
A bit about the job:

Our Customer Service Representatives handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in modern and welcoming office environment.

Primarily aphone basedrole, youwillmanage home claims efficiently and empathetically from start to resolution.You willhandleincoming calls, guide customers through the claims process,gather necessarily information, in order toassess claims in line with policies andprocedures,ensuring wereach the best outcomes for ourcustomers

Working Hours:
  • Shift patterns covering the hours of 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • Our current rotation is one late shift every 4 weeks and 1 weekend day every 4 weeks.
  • Average of 35 hours p/week over 5 days.
  • You will be required to be flexible with these hours as shifts for this role are on a rota basis.
  • We are also open on Bank Holidays.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • The ability to listen and reason empathetically.
  • Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a frantic paced environment.
  • Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.
