Are you an organized customer-focused professional who is comfortable handling varied tasks and shifting demands? Do you enjoy building trusting relationships and ensuring customers receive great service?

If so you could be our new Customer Service Representative.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the business handling enquiries and feedback via phone, email and MS Teams.
  • Provide timely updates on dispatch and shipping ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints maintaining positive and professional relationships.
  • Support sales managers during customer meetings and visits contributing to partnership-building.
  • Accurately manage and process customer quotations, orders and related documentation within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Handle quotes and orders in line with business unit processes including release documentation and export license requirements.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing unit and internal teams to progress orders and resolve queries.
  • Ensure all customer service processes and policies are followed and maintained.
  • Maintain accurate digital records including quotations, orders, price lists, contracts and correspondence.
  • Assist sales managers and the accounting department with invoice queries and payment-related issues.
  • Analyse and update customer forecasts and order books.
  • Maintain customer scorecards to track on‑time delivery and service performance.
