Customer Service Advisor - Background Checking
Purpose of Role

To own the order fulfilment process for dedicated accounts in the Company’s customer base, and deliver world class customer service in line with business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the focal point of contact for the customer base.
  • Develop vendor relationships for Customer account and specific materials.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer.
  • Manage customer forecasts and planned demand.
  • Ensure customer orders are input accurately and efficiently into the order system.
  • Manage the order fulfilment process from receipt through to delivery on time in full.
  • Liaise with all key business functions (Sales, Planning, Production and Distribution) to ensure customer demand is planned and satisfied in full.
  • Ensure all customer events (promotions, product launch / delist, design changes etc.) are known, planned and delivered in line with expectations.
  • Responsible for advising accounts of any provisions required for order overs.
  • Responsible for raising appropriate Customer invoices and credits.
  • Provide OTIF information.
  • Adopt a total quality approach to daily activities and to customers, both internal and external.
  • On behalf of the Company, ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Be computer literate on all packages available within the Company.
  • Identify and implement new procedures relating to daily operations to ensure customers’ needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.
