Job description

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, to work from our office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ.

Our Customer Support Centre is an integral part of Copart's Customer Excellence Centre and helps drive operational excellence by identifying, promoting and delivering continuous improvements.

Our services include vehicle collection instructions, handling personal data, processing keys and documents, finance and private plate management, and a vehicle offences team that appeals fines and penalties for vehicles sold at auction. We process about three thousand calls per week.

Responsibilities include data entry, administrative work, maintaining and updating online systems, handling inbound and outbound calls, and building rapport with stakeholders and customers.
