Job summary

FNZ in Basingstoke is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre. The roles are 6‑month FTC with hybrid/flexible working, available as full-time or part-time.

You will handle inbound inquiries by phone or live web chat, provide guidance on accounts and financial products, and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across interactions. You will be part of a supportive team focused on helping customers get the most from our financial services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, contactcentre, financial services, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with customers.
  • Comfortable using telephony systems and computer applications.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and delivering outstanding service across multiple communication channels.
