  • Process financial amendments, transfer requests, and refunds within appropriate timescales
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with team members, offering proactive support during peak periods
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive business efficiencies
  • Adhere to industry and regulatory guidelines
