Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer service/front-facing role.
• Strong experience using Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
• Team-oriented approach, managing your own workload and supporting others.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with the Regional Service Manager and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Putting the customer first in every interaction.
• Providing proactive communication to clients and internal teams.

• Supporting customers and scheduling service calls.
• Managing engineer diaries and allocating work efficiently.
