A public service organization in Northallerton seeks a Customer Service Officer to assist the public and police with various enquiries. Responsibilities include taking incident reports, processing registrations, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and attention to detail, with training provided. This full-time role includes shift work and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Location: Police Headquarters, Northallerton
Contract: Temporary | 12-month contract
Salary: £26,106 - £28,653 (NYP Scale 4) + 13.5% shift and 44.9 weekend working allowance
Hours: Full Time | Shifts include evening and weekend working.
Working on a 6-day rotation followed by 3 rest days:

North Yorkshire Police are excited to announce we have a current position for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated front counter / enquiry desk team. We are also looking to build a holding list for future positions should they arise in the next 12 months.
This role will put you at the heart of local policing assisting members of the public, police officers, and police staff with a wide range of services.
