Job summary

Reed in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Merchandising Representative to manage routes, visit customer sites, and ensure displays look at their best. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering friendly service while keeping displays fresh and well stocked.

This role involves meeting customers on-site, replenishing stock, taking display photos for reporting, and building relationships with site contacts. Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours, £24,784 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, merchandising, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Organised and able to manage their own workload.
• Comfortable working independently and using initiative.
• Basic IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
