Dollar General Corporation is seeking a customer-focused associate to act as the point of contact for shoppers, assist in plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness. You will greet customers, assist with locating products, and operate the cash register to complete purchases.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and protecting company assets while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction at store level.

• Build merchandise displays and stock shelves.
• Rotate and face merchandise on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise as needed.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide help on the floor.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise, collect payment and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
