Overview

Customer Service Manager - Fastenings | Location: Kent | Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (Bonus based on KPI) | Schedule: Monday - Friday | Benefits: Pension, 22 days annual leave

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Manager position dealing with a range of fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE.
  • Respond to inbound queries with technical knowledge and advice
  • Receive and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage orders and provide relevant communication to customers
  • Assess and manage any service escalations as required
  • Liase with other teams and location across the company
  • Looking after order values ranging between £5-£4,000,000
Qualifications
  • Must have experience 2+ years within B2C customer service role
  • Ideally have experience worked in related construction background such as fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Have a willingness to learn the technicalities of different products
