Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of our service and coordination functions, leading a small office team and supporting engineers in the field. You’ll ensure smooth operations, outstanding communication, and first-class customer experiences while continuously improving the systems that keep everything running.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 13 (office and field staff)
  • Oversee scheduling, surveys, installations, and service visits
  • Handle escalated customer queries and maintain service excellence
  • Improve workflows, reporting, and communication between departments
