Job summary

The Invision Group is seeking a Regional Customer Care Manager to oversee warranty periods on hundreds of units across two schemes in the London & South region, covering Tooting and Midhurst on hospital transformations to accommodation.

This roaming role reports to the Group Customer Care Director and offers a basic salary up to £55,000, car allowance, bonus scheme and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Home Demos and quality inspections.
• Familiar with Coins software.
• Ability to manage warranty periods across schemes.

Customer Service Manager Required - London & South - Up to £55K + Package

I am currently representing a Top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Regional Customer Care Manager to operate within a Roaming capacity to oversee two schemes in Tooting and Midhurst on Hospital transformations to Accommodation.

The Position

Reporting directly into the Group Customer Care Director, you will be required to oversee warranty period's on hundreds of units.
