Overview

Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 6.00pm on a rota basis, every other Saturday with a day off in lieu the following week, and 2 bank holidays per year.

Responsibilities

As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small customer service team, being involved in coaching and mentoring, development and training, setting KPIs for your team, acting as an escalation point for complex queries or complaints, recruitment with the team, and assisting in the delivery of a top‑class customer service experience for internal and external contacts.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience of managing/supervising a small customer service team.
  • Experience of growing and developing a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate level Excel for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organized.
