CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISITICS SPECIALIST

We are a fast growing, pioneering and ethical business who take pride in sharing our delicious and super healthy range of gut‑friendly products with the increasingly health‑conscious UK consumer.

To help us on this journey, we are looking for a first‑class Customer Service & Logistics Specialist who is passionate about what they do, and a real self‑starter. The Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the EU export process, combined with experience in managing the full order to cash process for the UK chilled FMCG market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full export process from the UK to the EU
  • Maintain export paperwork
  • Support the EU made to order process within SAP
  • Manage customer orders for the Middle East and discounters working closely with our 3PL
  • Proactively manage customer communications regarding shortages and order management
  • Master data management for EU customers as well as the Middle East & UK discounters, ensuring new delivery points and products are set up at our 3PL
  • Resolve customer claims
  • Work effectively across the Ops / Supply team and be the "voice of the customer" in our operations team
  • Build strong working relationships with commercial teams
The Ideal Candidate Has
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant, recent experience in UK grocery customer supply team, including (ideally) fresh food
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
  • Experience of UK grocer supplier portals (Tesco partners toolkit) would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of "what matters" to UK grocery supply teams
  • Effective communication skills
  • An eye for detail is essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of Excel including pivot tables and power query
  • A good team player willing to step in and support other team members

TEAM STRUCTURE AND LOCATION
  • Reports into: Head of Customer Supply & Logistics
  • Location: Hammersmith
  • Office days: The working model is hybrid with an expectation of a strong office presence
  • Weekends – Saturday mornings on a rota basis (Wednesday PM off in lieu)
