In Andover, a Customer Service & Logistics Manager will lead end-to-end customer service, inventory governance, warehousing and logistics, safeguarding approximately £10 million of inventory and driving service excellence.

You will oversee OTIF performance, stock accuracy and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams,

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business.
• Proven leadership in customer service, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong inventory management and audit experience.
• Financial awareness and budget management.
• Knowledge of McDonald's or QSR requirements.
• ERP/analytics proficiency and international logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service teams and ensure high service levels, OTIF delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Own inventory governance across finished goods (£6m) and raw materials (£4m).
• Lead inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation and stock integrity programmes.
• Reduce inventory variances and improve working capital performance.
• Manage logistics, warehousing, transport and freight performance to achieve service and cost targets.
• Deliver KPI reporting and continuous improvement programmes.
