My client is a well‑established organisation within the consumer products sector, known for delivering high‑quality household solutions and excellent customer support.

They are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis to support their growing customer base. The successful Customer Service Executive will confidently liaise with customers and deliver a first‑class customer experience via telephone and email.

The Role – Customer Service Executive
  • Handle customer orders, queries, and issues
  • Manage inbound calls and emails in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Liaise with internal teams and the parent company to deliver a proactive service
  • Provide first‑point customer resolution
  • Identify and understand customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Ensure all calls and emails are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 10 : 00–14 : 00 (20 hours per week)

Contract

12‑month fixed term - possibility to go permanent
