A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join a client in Warminster. The role involves providing outstanding customer service and is primarily hybrid. Candidates should have experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be IT literate. The position offers a salary of £26,000 to £27,000 per annum, plus benefits including healthcare and holiday increments.
Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting our client in Warminster who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Success Specialist to join the team on a temp to permanent basis (for the right candidate). The role is predominately based in Warminster, with a requirement to also work in Chippenham.
To provide outstanding customer service on both incoming and proactive outgoing customer enquiries and be able to manage customer expectations and assist in resolving queries.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns or managing accounts.
Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Previous experience working in a call centre / customer service environment.
Able to work to deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
IT Literacy.
£26,000 to £27,000 per annum.
37.5 hour working week with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
To be worked over a rota Monday to Friday 7am – 8pm on a rota basis, with 1 in 3 weekends to include Saturday / Sunday shifts also on a rota basis with a day off in lieu during the week. Each Monday to Friday week will have a maximum of 1 x 8pm finish.
Location : Hybrid Working : Warminster / WFH
Holiday increments that increase after 2 years.
