We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Executive to join our client's growing team based in Birmingham.
This role will be based at our customer's new flagship offices in Hams Hall, Birmingham, B46 1DA.
The rate of pay is £26,000 per annum.

You will manage customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, while working closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
