Job summary

SAICA FLEX UK LTD is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Wigan to provide sales and administrative support to Sales Managers. You will interact with customers to understand requirements, update timelines, handle complaints and provide end-to-end administrative support from order to delivery.

The role requires experience in customer service, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English. Previous experience in manufacturing and working with colleagues across departments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Fluent English with strong communication via telephone and email.
• Being computer literate with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Sales Managers on general enquiries for key accounts.
• Manage customers via telephone and email to understand stock requirements.
• Understand customer forecasting and liaise with Purchasing for raw material requisitions.
