A market-leading manufacturing business is looking for a customer service professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will ensure all external and internal customer requests are looked after in a polite, efficient, and professional manner, maintaining platinum customer service at all times.
Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday 08:00 to 13:30. Hybrid working is available on a Monday and Friday with a “Work from Office/Work from Home” rota that operates within the department to ensure that there is always someone available at the site.
