Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with WMS preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excel knowledge with experience of maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Working within a busy office in the Customer Service team you will report into the Customer Services First Line Manager and the Admin Manager.
  • Your main duties will consist of processing and answering e‑mails/calls from internal and external customers, monitoring 3rd‑party haulier deliveries and effectively manage investigations through from start to completion.
  • Updating and maintaining live Excel documents with customer queries.
  • You will maintain effective relationships with customers, the team and other functions to ensure excellent customer service is achieved.
  • You will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met and, where possible, exceeded.
  • You will help with introducing, implementing and supporting innovative ideas, changes and solutions.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Outlook.
  • Excel knowledge with experience of maintaining fairly complex spreadsheets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative.
  • Ability to manage and succeed in a very demanding environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in busy periods.
