Job summary

Moto is hiring at Wetherby Services to join our team as a Team Member. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare hot food, drinks and baked goods while delivering our high standards of service on the forecourt and shop.

We offer shifts between 7am and 11pm, weekly pay and a range of benefits including discounts, sick pay, enhanced life assurance and funded qualifications. This role supports a dynamic, welcoming team culture at UK rest stops.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
