Job summary

NEXT is hiring a part-time Customer Service Assistant in Tees Valley to deliver fast and friendly service and help customers find the perfect products. You will work across the store, including the sales floor and stockroom, and take ownership of your own development.

You will join a busy team, enjoy flexible weekend shifts, and benefit from discounts across NEXT and partner brands, plus other employee benefits. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Willing to work Sat and beyond as required.
