Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to deliver friendly, helpful service across shelves and at checkout. You’ll join a team with varied shifts and a minimum of 16 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in advance and at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. Tesco values diversity and flexible working with inclusive recruitment.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, natural service and build rapport with customers.
• Confidence with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Willingness to provide flexible support across the store (checkout, replenishment, picking).
• Ability to make customer-focused decisions and support store performance.

Responsibilities
