Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant with a passion for beers, wines, and spirits to join our team, starting in January. In this full-time role, you’ll provide outstanding customer service, accurately process orders, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need previous customer service experience (preferably in a beverage-related field), strong attention to detail, and basic computing skills. A good knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits is a plus, but not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly during staff holidays are also key.

The role is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for shift changes during team holidays and peak periods.
