Position Details
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Hourly Rate: From £13
  • Hours: 9am-5pm
  • Days: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers and prospects to provide product information and support through the application process
  • Building relationships with customers, answering queries, and addressing new product and renewal inquiries
  • Processing new business applications and ISA transfers while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintaining detailed records through data input and scanning of correspondence
  • Collaborating with the Field Team to enhance knowledge of the Police affinity group
  • Assisting with service improvement initiatives and any additional duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
