Overview

Customer Service Assistant - Stoke on Trent. Come join our fantastic team. We love to entertain! It's in our DNA! Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience for our customers, including booking customers at reception and being a point of contact for customer questions.
• Be alert to sales opportunities, host individuals and children's parties, deliver food to the lanes, and keep the centre clean and tidy.
• Be involved in a range of departments: hosting children's parties and overseeing the Laser Arena, managing Escape Room experiences, and running karaoke rooms.
• Work efficiently, show initiative and be friendly, with exceptional customer service at heart.

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Fully flexible around working pattern (evenings and weekends required).
