Job description

As a part-time Customer Service Assistant in our Servicing Team you will be providing administrative support services for the Forester Life Customers and field force, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.

Responsibilities
  • Collation and dispatch of correspondence
  • Open and distribute customer correspondence
  • Filing, scanning and destruction of paper records
  • Working hours: 3 hours a day Monday to Friday. This role will be to cover mornings; start time is flexible but likely to be 11.30am.
