Job summary

Tesco UK in Melksham is hiring a Tesco Colleague to join our store team. You’ll provide friendly, natural service, greet customers, and help across the store including shelf replenishment, checkout service, and online order picking.

Roles guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week with shifts scheduled in advance; 12+ hours options are available. You’ll work with a diverse, inclusive team focused on great service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.

• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
